Meghan Markle has been plagued with criticisms ever since she joined the royal family. But even after she quit The Firm alongside her husband, Prince Harry she was not able to escape the negative stories that are being written about her.
Most recently, there are claims that Meghan Markle wants to trick Prince William and Kate Middleton into doing whatever she wants when the royal couple sets foot in the United States.
Prince William, Kate Middleton’s US Trip Confirmed
According to People, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to the US next year for the future king’s Earthshot Prize. The environmental initiative that was first launched last year awards five individuals for their work on environmentalism and sustainability with a generous cash prize.
But while Prince William and Middleton’s trip to the US has already been confirmed, there is no proof that the couple will be staying at Prince Harry and Markle’s house in Montecito.

Meghan Markle Urging Prince William, Kate Middleton To Give Her A Tentative Date
Heat UK, in its Nov. 13-19 issue, claimed that Markle will ask the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to stay at her home because it wouldn’t make much sense if the couple booked a different place.
However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex want Prince William and Middleton to give them a date for their trip so that they could book it on their calendar.
“Meghan would like some show of commitment from William and Kate, even if it’s a tentative date or time frame to put in the diary for some time next year. They haven’t had a single royal visitor since moving to America, which they know is mainly because of COVID, but now that travel restrictions between US and UK have been lifted, they want that to change,” an unnamed source said.
Sussexes, Cambridges Could Finally Deal With Their Issues
Prince Harry and Markle are, reportedly, convinced that they can finally set their difference with Prince William and Middleton aside during their trip. After all, they will be spending so much time with each other and would have no choice but to get along.
“They’re certain that there would be no better way for them to put aside their differences than by spending quality time together in the California sunshine, away from the meddling and negativity they would have to encounter in England. And Meghan feels that they would be playing by her rules because they would be in her home and her home country,” the unnamed source explained.

Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louise Will Head To The US
Other than this, Prince Harry also wants his brother and sister-in-law to be able to spend time with his children, Archie and Lilibet.
“The house is more than spacious enough, there would be ample opportunity to arrange for practicalities such as security and private transportation, and the Cambridges would have their own sleeping facilities and staff to take care of their daily needs,” the unnamed source said.
There were also hints that Prince Harry and Markle expect that the Cambridges will bring Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis with them when they travel to the United States.
“The children will be well catered for; they would be able to play around in the back garden and enjoy walks on the beach together in paradise. For Harry and Meghan, it’s just a no-brainer and only fair, plus it would send the world a powerful message that they’re letting bygones be bygones. They want to build bridges with William and Kate, introduce the kids to their cousins, and show them in person what their life is like in America,” the unnamed source concluded.
Earlier this year, Observer claimed that Prince William and Middleton could visit Montecito. However, 2021 is almost over but the couple still hasn’t booked that flight.
Since next year’s engagement is an official one, it’s unlikely for Prince William and Middleton to live with Prince Harry and Markle. It is possible for the Cambridges to visit the Sussexes in Montecito for quick catchup, but staying at their mansion seems unlikely.
