Meghan Markle has been making headlines after the investigations surrounding her alleged bullying of staff have finally come to an end. A senior palace insider confirmed that the results of the investigation will not be released to the public.

Meghan Markle Is Thrilled Her Name’s Been Cleared Following The Bullying Investigations

Now, a source for Us Weekly claimed that Meghan Markle had two different reactions after learning that the investigation is officially complete.

“Meghan is a fair boss and never bullied anyone who worked for her at the Palace in the first place. She’s happy that her name has been cleared from the defamatory claims. She and Harry are looking forward to putting the incident behind them and are happily moving on with their lives in Montecito. The couple is disappointed that the results of the review of the investigation will not be shared,” the source said.

Prior to this, fans of Markle have been urging Queen Elizabeth to release the result of the bullying investigation. They took their thoughts to Twitter and accused the British clan of hiding the truth. Some of them even said that the royal family must have found out that the Duchess of Sussex didn’t bully palace staffers. That’s why they decided to conceal the facts of the investigation from the public.

Queen Elizabeth Didn’t Make The Result Of The Investigation Public To Protect Meghan Markle

However, royal author Katie Nicholl clarified that this isn’t the case. While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, she said that the Queen wanted to protect Markle, as well as the palace staff, that’s why she’s keeping things private.

“Everything that I’m hearing at the moment out of the palace is that the Queen doesn’t want any more drama. She just doesn’t want any more dirty linens aired in public. By taking it in-house, which is essentially what the Queen has done, she is trying to limit any further damage, any further damage to the monarchy, potentially any further damage to those members of staff who have made those allegations, and also, possibly to the Duchess of Sussex, who denied those allegations,” Nicholl said.

The royal author added that the results of the investigation might not be pleasant for Markle to hear, that’s why Her Majesty decided not to let her read it anymore.

“And there is some speculation that this would not have been particularly pleasant reading for the Duchess of Sussex, and possibly she's being protected in all of this as well. But I think this really is just a case of keeping a really very inflammatory story under the radar, not allowing any of it to be made public and what I suppose, the method in all of this, is to try and preserve the integrity of those staff, of the Duchess of Sussex and indeed of the reputation of the monarchy,” she said.

Meghan Markle Dubbed 'The Boss From Hell'

Other than the bullying allegations, Markle was also accused of being difficult to work with. Several publications also dubbed her as the “boss from hell” because of her alleged outrageous demands.

In 2020, New Idea published an unconfirmed story about Markle allegedly being a boss from hell. An unnamed source claimed that she’s a perfectionist when it comes to her job. And she also freaks out when things don’t go her way.

“Meghan was basically the boss from hell. She’s a perfectionist and if things don’t go her way, all hell breaks loose. It was almost like she was threatening the Queen – give her what she wants or she’ll embarrass her more in public,” the source said.

However, those close to the Suits alum have also been trying to defend her from the negative press. Janina Gavankar previously confirmed that she took Prince Harry and Markle’s Christmas card photo two years ago after some royal fans accused the Duchess of Sussex of photoshopping her face into the snap.

“So proud to have taken the Christmas photo for one of my best friends and her family. Here’s the original that was sent out (cropped to fit IG),” Gavankar wrote alongside the original snap that she took.
