There are reports that King Charles is plotting to exile Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. However, the new monarch is reportedly not the couple's worst nightmare because they will have a more difficult time with his brother, Prince William.
Meghan Markle And Prince Harry's Nightmare Is Prince William Not King Charles?
Royal correspondent and entertainment reporter Neil Sean talked about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's relationship with the senior members of the royal family. Prince Harry and Markle are reportedly at odds with Prince William and King Charles.
The former Suits star reportedly saw the new Prince of Wales as the future of the monarchy and her "ticket to a new starring role." Unfortunately, Markle couldn't reportedly win Kate Middleton's husband.
"Meghan tried her very best to make William like her while gushing about saving the planet. He was having none of it," Seas wrote for Fox News.
Markle allegedly tried to win Prince William through his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, who is reportedly easier going than the heir to the throne. However, the new Princess of Wales was also well-versed in diva antics of the showbiz world due to her savvy mother, Carole Middleton.
"William cannot abide Meghan despite what you saw at the recent Windsor walkabout," a source told Sean. "He is playing the very long game. And, make no mistake, she is terrified of him simply because, throughout all of this, William has not once shown any incline to her charms."
Since Markle couldn't make Prince William like her, she reportedly told her husband about it. However, the Duke of Sussex was perplexed about the situation because, for him, "everyone loves Meghan."
"There will be no room for a former actress and a party-loving prince in his court even if it's his once much-loved younger brother," Sean added.
However, he also left the door open, saying there might be changes. One source told him Prince William could welcome his younger brother back but not Markle.
"Harry alone will always be welcome, but no one — and I mean, no one — trusts the deluded head, thoughts and mind of Markle. It's as simple as that," the source said.
Prince Harry's Wife Meghan Markle Reportedly Believes King Charles Still Likes Her
Markle and the new king shared a good relationship at the start. King Charles even offered to walk Markle on her big day when her father, Thomas Markle Sr., cancelled his attendance at the royal wedding.
Despite the falling out between them and the royals, Markle reportedly believes that the new monarch still likes her because he will need her to win back his son, Prince Harry. Meanwhile, King Charles couldn't reportedly understand what happened to his relationship with his youngest son because they used to have a good relationship.
"Charles simply cannot fathom just how he has ended up like this with Harry when they were once so close, and now Meghan holds the key to that," a source told Sean.
"She knows he will need her if she is to allow Harry back to any kind of relationship with his father, and Charles is very aware of this. Let's face it: she booted her own father as he did not fit the remit when she elevated herself to her latest role, so Charles won't get a look in."
