Meghan Markle Disappointed After Marrying Prince Harry and Learning About His Net Worth? Prince William’s Sister-In-Law Allegedly Money Obsessed

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly stuck with Netflix and his memoir even if they are planning to stall those projects. A royal expert weighed in on their choices and said they would not halt the docuseries and memoir because they reportedly needed the money.

Meghan Markle Disappointed After Marrying Prince Harry?

British journalist and investigative journalist Tom Bower, author of the Revenge book, shared his thoughts about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and the reports that they are delaying their docuseries and his memoir.

Bower joined Dan Wootton on GB News, and the latter mentioned Tina Brown's comment about the couple. The Palace Papers author joked that Markle could trade Prince Harry for SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk amid rumors that they are looking for a new home in Hope Ranch.

Wootton asked Bower if he agreed with Brown that there was allegedly "huge financial motivation" behind Markle's decision-making.

"Of course, that has always been her motive," Bower said. "She is money-obsessed and always has been, and that is why she married Prince Harry."

He added, "A great surprise and disappointment [it must have been for her] to discover that Prince Harry had very little money. She imagined he'd be worth hundreds of millions, if not billions, of dollars."

Bower added that Markle has to make up for it now. That's why, in his opinion, the royal couple could not let go of their book, Netflix and Spotify deals because they needed the money.

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Need Money?

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down from their royal duties in 2020. According to them, they wanted to be financially independent.

However, there are rumors that they are turned between the royal family and their explosive projects — their docuseries with Netflix and Prince Harry's memoir. Bower felt that the couple is stuck with it and won't drop the project because it's their source of income.

"They need the money, now more than ever, because they've got no other source of income," Bower said. "So, I think they're just stuck with the devil. Now they're tied to Netflix, they're tied to their book, and all the criticisms they're going to take means nothing to them because that's the only way they can earn their money."

"They're stuck now," he added. However, he still found hope for Prince Harry to be free from his predicament.

"The only way I can see of Harry getting out of it now is if Charles will bail him out," Bower continued. "Somehow, he'd have to pay off Netflix, he'd have to pay off Random House's publishers. It will cost millions of dollars or pounds but Harry might give that to him in return for a signed agreement never to knock the royal family again."

Brown also echoed the same sentiment. She speculated that Prince Harry's memoir might not see the light of day if King Charles would pay the publisher so that it won't release the book.
