Is the original Sue Storm / Invisible Woman actress reprising their role in Marvel’s Fantastic Four reboot? MCU fans seem to believe so, and here’s why.
As of current, plenty of Hollywood stars have been rumored to replace Jessica Alba in her Fantastic Four role, which include Mila Kunis and Margot Robbie.
However, both actresses have not been confirmed to play the role.
Kunis, on the other hand, debunked the rumor: “[Matt Shakman and I] went out to a deli and had lunch together and the next day, I’m somehow in Fantastic Four.”
Apparently, Kunis is still in line to debut in F4 in a different role and that is to play a gender-swapped hero.
According to one of the fans, a previous rumor claimed that the original Fantastic Four stars (Chris Evans, Jessica Alba and Ioan Grufford) will reprise their roles in Deadpool 3.
Considering that Deadpool 3 also happens to include multiverse-jumping and getting involved with the TVA, crossover cameos could be a hit or miss.
The fans based off this speculation due to Jessica Alba recoloring her hair with a lighter tone as Deadpool 3 begins filming. Check out some of the fan tweets below:
Not only does this negate the darker hair look Alba has been sporting before, but it has apparently sparked rumors that Sue Storm and her family will indeed make their comebacks in Deadpool 3.

It is worth mentioning that this is but a speculation on MCU fans’ behalf. Nothing has been confirmed yet by Marvel Studios or Disney.
Although it is no secret that fans would want the original cast members to at least make their cameos, no matter how short, before or even in the Fantastic Four reboot.
While this may be a bit of a stretch, as even the fans admitted, nothing would make them happier than to see the original cast back on the big screens again.
It remains to be seen if this fan theory will indeed come true sooner or later. But for now, we’ll have to await further updates on this story.
Until then, Marvel Studios’ Fantastic Four reboot is currently slated to premiere on February 14, 2025.
