Over the last two weeks, speculation is running high that Star Wars actor Adam Driver is in final talks to play Reed Richards in the anticipated MCU project. On the Invisible Woman side of things, the likes of Jodie Comer, Vanessa Kirby, and Mila Kunis are rumored to be top candidates to play Sue Storm.

However, it looks like we can officially take Kunis out of the equation. Twitter insider MyTimeToShineHello offered a new update regarding Kunis' rumored Fantastic Four casting.

The That 70s Show star is reportedly in talks for a role but the scooper claims it was never for the Invisible Woman part.

Now, to those wondering how Mila became part of the rumor mill in the first place, the actress was spotted having lunch with director Matt Shakman back in February.

It immediately sparked speculation about her potentially portraying Sue in the reboot, a prospect that didn't please fans of the billion-dollar franchise.

As it stands, we still have no idea when Marvel Studios actually plans to make the groundbreaking announcement. It's worth mentioning though that Kevin Feige intends to make things official when the script is finally finished.

With San Diego Comic-Con just a few months away though, I think it's safe to assume that the geek spectacle will be home to the casting announcement we've all been waiting to witness.

Marvel Studios' Fantastic Four reboot is slated for theatrical release on February 14, 2025.
