What Will Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 Cover?
We can confirm that Masamune-kun's Revenge Season 2 will take place in Paris based on the trailers released by Studio Link.
It simply indicates that the Field Trip Arc will be covered in the second season, following the Play Arc in Season 1.
The field trip arc starts in Chapter 30 of the Masamune-kun’s Revenge manga. So, if you want to read ahead of the anime, this is the part where you can continue the series.
Not only will there be new characters in Masamune-kun's Revenge Season 2, but the love story between Masamune and Aki will grow even more difficult.
Masamune and Aki will encounter an aspiring French artist named Muriel Besson on their trip to Paris.
She's bothersome, but she won't get in the way of Masamune and Aki's affection for one another. Instead, she plans to use the couple as inspiration for her Japanese manga debut.
Both are initially opposed to Muriel's intentions, but they eventually agree thanks to Muriel's brother.
Love will bloom as Masamune and Aki spend time together, but their shared history will get in the way.
Masamune will confess to Aki but will be rejected. It's because Aki is still devoted to the young boy she has loved for many years. Aki has no idea that the true Masamune is Makabe, not Kanetsugu Gasou.
The truth will be revealed, and it will be up to Masamune to fix up the mess. Will he be able to reach Aki's heart, or will the two of them split up?

How Many Episodes Will Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 Have?
Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 is expected to have 12 episodes, similar to its previous season. This means that Season 2 will only run for a single cour in the summer 2023 anime season.
Nowadays, 12 episodes are the norm for rom-com anime shows. But bear in mind that there are also romance anime shows that only have 11 episodes, depending on the story arc they cover.
Therefore, it is only reasonable to expect that Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 will either have 11 or 12 episodes.
The total episode count of Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 will most likely be released in the middle of the 2023 summer anime season.

For the time being, don’t expect that Masamune-kun’s Revenge will have more episodes than its previous season since it’s not likely to happen given how short the Field Trip Arc is.

Beginning July 3, 2023, Monday, new episodes of Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 will be released. If there’s no delay in broadcast, Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 will run until September 2023.
Crunchyroll will be streaming Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 with English subtitles as part of its 2023 summer anime simulcast.
The streaming giant also confirmed that they will release Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 in English dub at a later date.
For Asian regions outside of Japan, Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 2 will also be available on ANIPLUS!
