Manifest Fans Hopeful for Season 4 Announcement This Weekend

Following the news of the cancellation of the Manifest last summer, fans have been calling for various petitions to find a new home for the supernatural sci-fi series, and they are driving up the viewership numbers of the show on Netflix, hopeful that the streaming platform would revive it. With 828-day coming this weekend, a lot are expecting that there is an announcement as regards Season 4.

The power of Manifestation is becoming real for the series following the disappointment of NBC cancelling the show, a report from Deadline gives hope for the many fans and viewers looking forward for the revival of the series and finding a new home for it, "Warner Bros TV is in the home stretch of complex negotiations with Netflix about a Season 4."

The hope of the fans is sparkling once again as August 28 is fast approaching, or what some call as "828 day," based on the name of the flight that went missing, Montego Air 828, where the whole show went around and has been based on.

While there is no guarantee yet as to the announcement of Season 4, various clues point out to Manifest having a new home with the cast and writers having negotiations as regards the future of the show, even creator Jeff Rake posted on Twitter hinting that he is back to the place where it all happens, and that he is ready for anything that is about to happen.

Manifest follows the story of 191 passengers on board Montego Air Flight 828 from Jamaica en route to New York City which mysteriously disappeared without a trace for five and a half years. They were all presumed dead considering the time that has lapsed. However, at Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, New York, the plane landed much to the surprise of everyone who were wanting answers what happened to them. Season 3 ended with a very shocking cliffhanger.
