Lycoris Recoil has been quiet recently as there are no new details on the next anime. But fans are at least being treated to more new goodies, the latest being a Lycoris Recoil fashion collab with Palude for cute loungewear.
This new collab was shared on Palude’s official website and X (formerly Twitter) account. It is a collab with the anime’s LycoReco café, featuring two main pieces inspired by the show’s main duo.
The collab news is a welcome one for fans, especially as it means Lycoris Recoil isn’t going anywhere, even if things have been quiet on the anime side of things.
Lycoris Recoil Fans Continue to Wait for the New Anime
Lycoris Recoil is no doubt the breakout hit of the Summer 2022 season. The show didn’t get much attention ahead of its premiere, though it soon gained a large audience as it got more episodes.
In fact, the show even got several high-profile fans, including the legendary game director Hideo Kojima of Metal Gear and Death Stranding fame. As the anime progressed, Kojima continued to promote the show on Twitter.
By the end of the year, Lycoris Recoil’s success was undeniable, especially in Japan where its Blu-ray became a top seller. Because of this, an anime sequel was confirmed soon after.
It’s not clear if this anime season is a proper second season. The only detail announced is that it will be a new Lycoris Recoil anime.
Some fans hope that it’s a new season given that the first season’s ending was still open for more story developments. Given the wording of the announcement though, it might just be an OVA series.
What’s sure is that fans will need to wait a while longer as Aniplex and A-1 Pictures have yet to share new info.

Lycoris Recoil x Palude Fashion Collab Features Comfy Loungewear
What was shared is a cute new fashion collab with Palude that features loungewear that should make for comfy house clothes during the upcoming winter season.
The highlights of this collab are the two matching loungewear sets that feature cute LycoReco café designs. One is colored blue for Takina and the other is red for Chisato.
Aside from these sets, the collab also features comfy wool socks, as well as acrylic stands that feature cute new Takina and Chisato illustrations.
The Lycoris Recoil loungewear collection is available for pre-order in Japan now until October 13, 2023. As with other similar collabs, this line will likely be Japan-exclusive.
