In just a few months, the highly-anticipated second season of the hit MCU series Loki is set to arrive on Disney+. A lot of fans are looking forward to seeing the God of Mischief's next adventure, especially in the aftermath of the first season finale's cliffhanger.

So far, the main plot details regarding the second season remain under wraps, but we do know that it will continue Loki and Mobius' adventures across space and time based on the sneak peeks and promos that they showed.

Now, with Secret Invasion already finished airing its six-episode run, we finally have our first full look at what's next on the MCU TV slate.

The First Trailer for Loki Season 2 Has Arrived

Marvel Studios and Disney+ have released the official trailer for the second season of Loki which gave us our first full look at the God of Mischief's next time-bending adventure in the MCU.

Just like the first season, it looks like the show's sophomore run will continue the same formula of Loki and Mobius traveling across time and space as we see them visit different timelines including the late 1800s where the Kang variant Victor Timely resides.

The preview also gave us our first look at recently-minted Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan's MCU debut as a TVA archivist, who opened the trailer and managed to steal the spotlight in just a quick moment. Based on what we saw, it looks like he will be an ally to the duo.

Other characters such as Sylvie, Ravonna Renslayer, Hunter B-15, Casey, and Miss Minutes also showed up in the trailer and each of them seems to be in a different spot than when they were in the first season.

Overall, the sneak peek that they showed looks promising as it looks like it will deliver the same fun and zaniness of the first season while also dealing with the impending threat of the multiverse.

After the divisive reception of Secret Invasion, there is a lot of hope that the second season of Loki will put things back on track again in the TV side of the MCU and it probably helps that the majority of the creative team from the first season also returned for the sophomore run.

The second season of Loki is set to premiere on Disney+ this October 6. You can check more details about it here.
