Letitia Wright Could Reportedly Get Fired from the MCU Following Latest Anti-Vax Issue

Late last year, Black Panther star Letitia Wright made headlines after her views on anti-vaccination were made public. On Twitter, the Marvel Cinematic Universe actress posted a controversial video that questions the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, despite scientific research which proves that they actually work. Following the issue, Wright abandoned social media altogether and a lot of people were under the impression that Disney will take matters into their own hands and reprimand her.

Turns out, Letitia's controversial behavior wasn't as serious as initially thought and she still ended up being involved in the upcoming Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. In fact, according to several reports, she's in the running to become the next Black Panther now that Chadwick Boseman is no longer with us.

However, a new rumor is making the rounds all over the internet claiming that her days in the billion-dollar franchise are numbered. This is in relation to her most recent anti-vax controversy where she reportedly "espoused" her beliefs on the set of the Black Panther sequel. According to a scoop from Giant Freakin Robot, Wright's latest issue is causing concern within Marvel Studios and if she continues expressing her "crooked" views, they'll be left with no choice but to replace her.

As it stands, the speculation surrounding Letitia's potential MCU firing still remains a rumor. I gotta say though, it was weird the first time around that Disney didn't reprimand the actress for her behavior but I guess that all changes now. It would be safe to assume that both parties met privately to discuss the matter. As for Letitia, she better be careful with the things she says on set because they could very well jeopardize her career.
