King Charles didn't look elated during his coronation on May 6. According to a body language expert, he seemed unwilling to be unwilling with the promotion.

King Charles Reportedly Looked Vulnerable During His Coronation

Body language expert Judi James weighed in on the King's demeanor during his coronation. According to James, the late Queen maintained an air of steely composure during her coronation, but the new King appeared vulnerable.

James said this about the King, per Yahoo! Life.

"He looked like a man unwilling to be elevated away from the public and away from the people he loves to surround himself with Hunched in his carriage, his waves were brief 'waggling hand' waves, rather than the more rigid royal wave."

James said King Charles leaked signals of anxiety, and it was evident in how he rubbed his thumb to comfort himself or constantly played with and rubbed the knot in his golden belt.

James added:

"At times he looked in danger of being overwhelmed by emotion and even when he walked out to greet the cheering crowds there was no apparent sign of relaxation."

Despite the King looking anxious, his and his wife Queen Camilla's coronation went well.

Queen Camilla Was Reportedly Not As Anxious As King Charles

James noticed that Camilla, who was crowned at the same time, wasn't as anxious as her husband. In fact, she was reportedly eager to show her support for him.

James said this about Camilla:

"This suggests she was desperate to offer signals of support and strength to her husband. It was only once the crown was on her head that she produced a really wide smile and began to communicate with nods, smiles and glances to the rest of the congregation."

Zak Hussein, a royal photographer, who have photographed the royals on several occasions, shared the nicest royal he had ever met when he appeared on the Spilling Royal Tea podcast.

For him, Camilla is among the nicest because she acknowledges the press and is always polite.

He said this about Camilla:

"Watching her and having met her, she is a really, really nice person — one of the nicest royals I've ever met —down to Earth and fun. I really like her."

He also added that Camilla's kindness is genuine because she never changes whether there's a camera or not.
