King Charles and Queen Camilla will be crowned next week— however, a royal expert disapproved of the King's decisions ahead of his big day.
King Charles Giving Queen Camilla A Promotion Was Reportedly A Destruction To His Coronation
Former BBC journalist and investigative reporter Tom Bower weighed in on the preparation for the King's coronation on May 6. He didn't think having his wife crowned on the same day as his coronation was right.
Bower said GB News:
GB News host Dan Wootton said Camilla didn't wish to be crowned. However, the King is "desperate for their marriage to finally be properly accepted."
Bower agreed with Wootton and said that it seemed King Charles was highlighting his marriage, not his crowning.
He continued:
King Charles Reportedly Reduced Coronation To Family Squabbles
Aside from talking about Queen Camilla's promotion, Bower felt that His Majesty had reduced his big day to family squabbles by thinking too much about his family affairs.
Bower said:
The Rebel author also claimed that King Charles couldn't make up his mind and was "self-indulgent [and] unable to fix his focus on what is necessary."
Bower added:
Bower added that King Charles should have just banned Prince Harry, doing so would have "shown a total purpose." He also suggested that the King clarify that his younger brother, disgraced royal Prince Andrew, has no role either.
