King Charles III is one of the most respected members of the British royal family. But even if this is the case, he has not escaped some of the rudest and most offensive rumors that are meant to question his character.
King Charles III Allegedly Had An Affair With One Of His Palace Aides
Now that he has been named the new monarch, some of these rumors are suddenly resurfacing left and right. Years ago, there were allegations that King Charles III could either be gay or bisexual amid unconfirmed reports that he was caught in bed with a male aide.
Of course, the allegations were never proven, but according to Radar Online, even King Charles III’s ex-wife, Princess Diana, had questions about his sexuality.
“Rumors that Charles might be gay or bisexual have plagued the Royal family for years, ever since his marriage to Diana hit the rocks,” a source said.
Years ago, an unnamed palace source claimed that some people believe that King Charles III’s relationship with Queen Consort Camilla is just a cover-up to hide his sexuality.
King Charles III Accuser Claims He Caught The Monarch With Michael Fawcett
Former palace valet George Smith also claimed to have seen King Charles III and another male aide in a compromising sexual position when he brought the monarch his breakfast.
It was later revealed that the man Smith was referring to was King Charles III’s former palace valet, Michael Fawcett. However, Smith reportedly had a grudge against Fawcett because he believes that he sexually attacked him twice.
“Mr. Smith claimed the aide raped him in 1989 and later tried to assault him again while they were accompanying the Prince of Wales on a tour to Cairo,” a source said.

Princess Diana Had Doubts About King Charles III’s Sexuality
Even though Smith’s claims have never been proven, Princess Diana still recorded his version of events in one of her audiotapes.
“It’s clear from the tape that Diana may have had her doubts about the Prince’s sexuality,” royal author Nicholas Davies claimed.
Others are convinced that King Charles III could be gay because he never really loved Princess Diana. Following their engagement, the former Prince and Princess of Wales were asked if they were in love, and the dad of two gave a cryptic response.
“Whatever in love means,” he said (via Cheat Sheet).
Even though King Charles III is not gay or bisexual, Cheat Sheet claimed that it wouldn’t have even mattered if he was. After all, he’s socially liberal enough to understand that the allegations are not dangerous at all.
The allegations also, reportedly, reveal the sexuality of the people accusing King Charles III of being gay or bisexual and not his sexuality per se.
