The controversy surrounding LE SSERAFIM member Kim Garam continues. The K-pop star is allegedly a school bully, and fans are treating her differently because of that.

With that said, will Kim Garam remain a part of the newly-debuted group or leave after the promotions?

Fans are now debating her future after the school bullying accusations. By the looks of it, the talks about her seem to be affecting her career as a new K-pop idol.

The Debate about Kim Garam

According to AllKPop, several community posts named the 16-year-old singer a school bully, and they supported the claim by sharing some items and photos. Allegedly, these were the proof that the rookie idol was indeed a school bully.

Since it emerged, this news has been a hot topic, and Source Music has already broken its silence about it.

It denied the malicious accusation, while Kim Garam herself refused to give a statement about it.

In a debate on Nate Pann, netizens discussed the young performer’s possible next move.

"To be honest, it's all Kim Garam's fault that LE SSERAFIM's image is ruined and they will be talked about constantly,” one fan said. “And I don't think the company is going to keep her when it has to constantly block them.”

The fan added the possibility that the group would continue with only five members in its next promotions. Though some try to defend her due to lack of evidence, there is also no proof that she isn’t a school bully.

“It's a problem for companies to keep an idol who had the bullying controversy after debuting but it's especially a problem for a company to keep an idol who had the bullying controversy before debut,” the fan continued. “I think the group's album would have done better without Kim Garam."
