There are two examples already for the MCU films to be released for Phase 4, one is Black Widow which was released through Disney Plus and in theaters, the other is Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings which will be exclusive on the big screen. As for Marvel Boss Kevin Feige, for the upcoming film of Chloe Zhao, Eternals, he gives a blunt response as to whether it would have a hybrid release or not.
In a chat with Variety, Marvel boss Kevin Feige shared his insight on the way Eternals would be released, and his response was blunt, "I think a theater would be my preference and Chloe [Zhao]'s preference. We will see where we go with it."
Recently, there have been issues with Disney as regards a case filed by Scarlett Johansson for the release of her solo film, Black Widow, through Disney Plus, claiming it was a breach of contract. On the other hand, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will remain exclusively in theaters and it will not be releasing on the streaming platform.

Black Widow did not fare better despite having a Disney Plus release, though, as it has been confirmed to be way below in terms of revenue, and with Shang-Chi dropping at a time when the cases of COVID is spiking due to the Delta variant, it has been forecasted that the film will be having one of the worst openings to ever happen in the history of MCU.
Currently, the pandemic is on the rise again due to the Delta variant which has been proven to be more viral than the original strain of the virus. It could infect twice or thrice more than the first kind of COVID and it has been the reason why the numbers are rising again, leading to the closure of some establishments and reschedule of some films like that of Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
Eternals is scheduled for November 3, 2021, the third film to be released in the fourth phase of the MCU.
