Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have been blessed with their respective children, but there are rumors that sisters-in-law want to have more kids this year.
In the past, Kate Middleton seemingly confirmed that she and Prince William will no longer have a fourth child because the latter doesn’t want to have more children.
Prince Harry, on the other hand, also said that they will most likely stop at two because having more kids won’t be good for the planet.
Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle Want To Expand Their Respective Families
OK! magazine, in its Jan. 17 issue, claimed that Middleton and Markle may have had a change of heart.
“Kate would love to have a fourth child, especially another girl. She had difficult pregnancies carrying all three of her children, but they were well worth it. She and William don’t want to wait any longer. They could have an exciting announcement before long if all goes well,” an unnamed source said.
Markle also, allegedly, caught the baby fever in recent months that’s why she and Prince Harry agreed to have a third baby.
“Friends are saying Meghan’s feeling the maternal urges again and is seriously considering one more. Harry would be thrilled. He adores being a dad,” the unnamed source said.
Kate Middleton Planned To Get Pregnant Before Turning 40
Rumors about Middleton and Markle having another baby with their respective husbands have been rife for years. However, the speculations have always been more prevalent when it comes to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. After all, Markle just gave birth to her daughter seven months ago.
In April, royal commentator Phil Dampier said that Middleton would love to have another daughter. Since the Duchess of Cambridge was still a couple of months shy of turning 40 at the time, Dampier said that Prince William and Middleton’s baby plans will be announced very soon.
Royal biographer Penny Junor also said that it’s possible that Middleton was already pregnant at the time.
“Kate is very maternal and loves family life. She adores her own siblings and I’m sure likes the idea of her children, in their particular position, having plenty of allies,” Junor told New Idea.
However, several months have passed but Middleton still hasn’t gotten pregnant. She just turned 40 years old, but there’s still no pregnancy announcement from her, Prince William, or Kensington Palace.

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry Agreed To Have A Third Child
The same publication was also the one that started the rumors about Markle potentially getting pregnant with baby number three.
Last month, New Idea claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex thought long and hard about welcoming another child. But they eventually realized that it would be wonderful for Lilibet to have a baby sibling.
“They feel they can contribute more positively to the world by raising smart, informed children who will go on to be the same into adulthood. They feel the positives of that outweigh the risks to the climate,” an unnamed source said.
Since Markle is already in her 40s, it might already be difficult for her to conceive another baby. As such, she will allegedly resort to IVF to help her get pregnant.
But two days before Christmas, Prince Harry and Markle dropped a major clue that could debunk all the pregnancy rumors. Following the release of their Christmas card, the couple said that their daughter Lilibet completed their family.
