Kate Middleton Convinces Prince William To Have A Fourth Child?

Woman's Day New Zealand, in its April 18, 2022 issue, reported that Kate Middleton and Prince William already talked about the possibility of having a fourth royal child. An unnamed source told the publication:

"Kate has been patiently dropping hints to William ever since little Prince Louis' third birthday. They always said they'd have three children, but Kate soon realized she dearly wants at least one more. For Wills, it wasn't a hard no, but it wasn't a yes either -- he wanted to get the family through a huge time of upheaval."

The royal informant added:

"With the pandemic, losing prince Philip, the Queen's recent health troubles, and Prince Harry's departure, for him, there simply wasn't space in his head to think about adding to the family. But now he's indicated he's happy to consider it."

Kate Middleton and Prince William are believed to have flown off from Kensington Palace to the French ski resort of Courchevel while their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. The family vacation happened after the Cambridge pair's controversial visit to the Caribbean region.

An unidentified insider shared:

"The backlash against them forced Kate and William to take a step back, and think about how they want the monarchy to look for the next generation. They realize they have a lot of changes ahead of them, especially if they want to make good on plans to modernize the whole institution and set up George for his own successful reign."

Kate Middleton and Prince William, reportedly, designed a blueprint for their future, which include diminishing the number of working royals on the official payroll, smaller, more frequent royal tours, and engagements that would allow their children to shadow them. The tipster told the magazine Kate saw it as a chance for her to raise serious discussions over whether they would add another member to their family or not.

The source said:

"With William's plans in mind, Kate feels another child is not only an emotional decision but also a wise one. The Queen had four children -- and thank goodness! She's needed all the help she can get into her old age and when Prince Charles steps up, he has the support of siblings, Prince Andrew notwithstanding."

It furthered:

"Kate wants the same for her own children, especially for the sakes of William and George, who -- going by the anti-royal sentiment they're suddenly facing -- have a very difficult road ahead of them. Kate sees her job as mother first and future queen second. With Louis turning four soon, she's found herself longing fo those baby days and can't believe they might be over. But they don't have to be...She's feeling fit and healthy, and could easily have another, even if it means a fourth pregnancy of constant morning sickness."

"William always worried about me meeting under-one-year-olds. I come home saying, 'Let's have another one!"

An informant told Woman's Day New Zealand:

"After a relaxing couple of weeks with Kate and the kids, and a chance to think, I doubt it will be as much of a worry for William anymore. In fact, he seems to have come around to the idea of baby number four, which is very exciting for the Cambridges."

So, avid followers of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge should take all these unverified claims with a huge grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct.

Kate Middleton And Prince William Would 'Never Copy Destructive' Meghan Markle And Prince Harry

Meanwhile, royal experts believe Kate Middleton and Prince William did not copy Meghan Markle and Prince Harry despite changing the tone of their PR announcements. Kinsey Schofield told Express UK:

"Regarding the [Cambridges’] change in tone, I would not give Harry and Meghan that much credit. While the two are certainly savvy when it comes to marketing and PR, it is hard for the firm to recognize that because they leave so much chaos in their wake. There is not a single human in the vicinity of the royals that says, ‘What can we learn from them?’ They are seen as so destructive.”
