Prince William, Kate Middleton Relocated To Windsor To Have A Sense Of Normalcy For Their Family?
According to reports, Kate Middleton and Prince William decided to relocate to Windsor not just because they wanted to be closer to Queen Elizabeth. The royal couple also wanted to go under the radar and give their family some normalcy. After all, living in Kensington Palace is like living in a fishbowl.
However, the royal couple’s move to Windsor was marked by a somber event. The queen died on Sept. 8, which also happened to be Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis’ first day at school. So, in order for the kids to stick to their schedule, Middleton was the one who joined them on their first day, while Prince William immediately went to the queen’s bedside.

Some Parents At Prince George, Princess Charlotte’s School Were Intimidated By Kate Middleton?
According to Cheat Sheet, some parents at Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis’ school couldn’t help but feel intimidated by Middleton. After all, she’s a member of the royal family.
“A lot of parents are p***ed off. They’re worried the feel and atmosphere of the school will change with all the security. Many of us worry things like the carol service will now become more formal and won’t be the sweet, laid-back affair they usually are,” a source told Mirror UK.
But after just two months in Windsor and at the kids’ new school, the entire Wales family has reportedly adjusted well. Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis have also been making friends.
Another source told CNN that Prince William and Middleton’s decision to relocate to Windsor and send their kids to a new school meant that they could become active parents in a busy school.
“They want to be as normal a family as possible,” the source said.
Prince William, Kate Middleton Didn’t Expect Queen Elizabeth’s Death?
Royal author Katie Nicholl added that the Wales family didn’t expect that the queen would die around the same time as their relocation.
“Of course, no one could have expected that the queen would have died just at the start of all that. Very, very difficult times,” she said.
But it seems everything is finally going well in the Wales household again.
