Kaguya-Sama: Love is War is a romantic comedy manga by Aka Akasaka. The story starts off following Miyuki Shriogane, the gifted school president, who works alongside talented vice-president Kaguya Shinomiya. Both are extremely smart individuals and everyone thinks they would be a great couple.
Our main characters happen to think so too- but only privately. As they are both overachievers who avoid showing their true emotions, each tries to make the other confess; through their elaborate plans to make this possible, their love becomes a true battlefield. When the two finally end up together, the show focuses on their relationship, as well as theirs and other characters' problems.
In Chapter 231, Ishigami and Rei keep going on about games, but Iino is now able to contribute to the discussion, much to their surprise. Ishigami suggests that they play together at some point.
Kobachi and Kaguya clash, as the former suggests that all men are cheaters while Kaguya insists it depends on the person. Kobachi teases Kaguya and asks her if she thinks of marrying Mikyuki, although the two started dating recently.

Miko is upset and leaves, and Kobashi admits that she's jealous of her and would be even more so if she were to date Ishigami.

Kaguya-sama: Love is War Chapter 232 was going to be released next Friday, the 23rd of July, or Thursday, July 22, depending on your timezone. However, it appears that, as is the case with other manga, like One Piece, the newest chapter was delayed, likely due to the Olympics in Tokyo.
