Almost a month after the release of Zack Snyder's Justice League, a new trailer was released calling the Snyder Cut "the completion of Zack Snyder's Trilogy" alongside Man of Steel and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Although many are clamoring for more, this trailer release seems to confirm that Zack Snyder is closing his doors to DCEU. With such indication on the trailer that the Snyder Cut completes the trilogy, it means there would be no more sequels to follow from the famed director.
Zack Snyder has been straight to his words when he says that there are no plans for the continuation of the DCEU plan after the release of the Snyder Cut. Despite this, fans are still clamoring for the #RestoretheSnyderVerse although it is uncertain whether this new campaign of the fans would have the same result as the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut campaign.
It seems that Zack Snyder's Justice League is a culmination of his DCEU works after all and thanks to HBO Max, the film has seen the light of day. Given how much the film has gone through to arrive at where it is right now, it is a victory in itself already to finally be released to the public.
Warner Bros., indeed, holds the future of the DCEU with upcoming films of Black Adam, The Flash, Aquaman 2, and Shazam! Fury of the Gods!
Zack Snyder's Justice League is out on HBO Max. The director's upcoming zombie films will be released on Netflix with Army of The Dead up first on May 21, 2021.
