Jump Festa 2022 Will Finally Stream Internationally

It's no secret that the Jump Festa convention has always been an exclusive event for fans based in Japan. However, Shueisha is changing things up this year. Jump Festa 2022 will finally be streamed internationally so fans overseas can take part in the highly anticipated event!

The Jump Festa 2022 convention took place in December last year but the event was only streamed in Japan. Luckily, Shueisha has confirmed that archive footage from the convention will be streamed on Demand this month.

The footage from Jump Festa 2022 will begin streaming from March 7, 2022, at 7:00 AM (PST) until March 20, 2022, at 7:59 AM (PST). Here's the list of franchises whose footage will be aired during this period.

Spy x Family
Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai
World Trigger
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations
The Prince of Tennis II
Dragon Ball Super
Bleach
Chainsaw Man
Platinum End
World's End Harem
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

One Piece

This is great news for fans who have always wanted to attend Jump Festa but have been unable to do so because of their location. For now, it is unclear if Shueisha will stream future conventions internationally as well. However, it is a great start for the company as it aims to reach a broader audience.

Shueisha recently made headlines after joining other manga publishers Kadokawa, Kodansha, and Shagakukan in filing a massive lawsuit against American CDN provider Cloudflare citing piracy concerns for their publications. The companies aim to take down online piracy and could eventually find a way to make their publications available legally to more readers. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.

The Jump Festa 2022 archived footage will begin streaming from March 7, 2022, at 7:00 AM (PST) until March 20, 2022, at 7:59 AM (PST).
