The narration says when Rika is fully manifested, that's the only time Yuta can release a high output of cursed energy. However, compared to Ishigori's, his is still significantly weaker.
The two of them exchange blast attacks. Ishigori notices that Rika can also fire her own cursed energy.
Ishigori is confident that he's going to end the battle. He thought that Yuta was not going to be able to recover his cursed energy quickly. However, when Ishigori attacked with Granite Blast, Yuta had already recovered. He used Uro's cursed technique to pull the space around him.
Ishigori realizes that he was initially wrong about Yuta's cursed technique. Yuta attacks him while Rika punches him on the head. However, Ishigori fights back.
