Jeremy Renner Reveals He Broke More Than 30 Bones During Snowplow Accident

The adult human body has 206 bones and Jeremy Renner actually broke over 30 of them during his terrifying snowplowing accident. The Hawkeye actor has just shared a new health update where he revealed a bit more about the extent of his injuries.

Jeremy Renner recently took to his official Twitter account to drop a new update on his health condition. The Avengers: Endgame star posted a new photo that shows him getting physical therapy and a caption that thanked fans for their support.

"I want to thank EVERYONE for their messages and thoughtfulness. Much love and appreciation to you all," Renner wrote. He then confirmed that he broke numerous bones during the snowplowing accident on New Year's Day.

"These 30 plus broken bones will mend , grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens," Renner wrote.

It's shocking to know that Jeremy Renner went through so much. It has already been confirmed that the Mayor of Kingstown star suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries while he was plowing the road about a quarter mile from his Tahoe home. Renner was reportedly trying to get his family out after a massive New Year's Eve storm. However, the Snowcat accidentally ran over one of Renner's legs and the injury was causing major blood loss.

As it turns out, Renner may have been hit in the chest while trying to control the Snowcat. Unfortunately, the injury to his leg was the more serious of the ones he incurred during the accident.

Jeremy Renner is best known for playing Clint Barton in the Marvel films starting from 2011's Thor. He recently reprised the role in the Disney+ limited series Hawkeye. Renner has also appeared in The Bourne Legacy and two Mission: Impossible films with Tom Cruise. He has two Oscar nominations under his belt, for The Hurt Locker and for The Town.
