Jennifer Aniston just purchased a 4,320-square feet farmhouse from Oprah Winfrey in Montecito. This means that the Friends star now has a property close to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's home, making them neighbors.

According to Architectural Digest, Jennifer Aniston shelled out $14.8 million for the four-bedroom property that sits on a one-acre plot. Winfrey purchased the farmhouse last year for $10.5 million.
At the time, Winfrey became the owner of a 2.1-acre complex that includes a Mediterranean-inspired house and two small cottages. The host split the original property and sold the two small cottages for $2.3 million to her friend, Bob Greene.
Now, Aniston would get to enjoy the privacy that the property offers because it is surrounded by grassy lawns and heavy woods. It's also very spacious for The Morning Show star because the garage alone can fit 15 cars at the same time.

Prince Harry Allegedly Had A Huge Crush On Jennifer Aniston
As for Prince Harry and Markle, the couple purchased their house in Montecito shortly after they quit their royal duties in 2020.
Having Aniston in the neighborhood must be a welcome treat for the Duke of Sussex. After all, there were previous claims that he was obsessed with Aniston and even sent the actress a text message.
Royal author Ian Halperin previously claimed that Prince Harry became infatuated with Aniston for years after seeing the actress on the cover of GQ magazine in 2009. In the snap, Aniston was wearing nothing but a man's necktie.
"Harry was infatuated with Jen for years. He told friends she was 'princess material.' He visited LA and was partying heavily with models there. He told a close friend his favorite actress was Jen and got her number. He texted her and sent emojis. One source told me Jen was aware of Harry's crush but didn't want to lead him on because of the age difference," Halperin claimed (via Cheat Sheet).
However, a spokesperson for Aniston denied the reports. But Halperin insisted that his accounts are accurate.
