But even though they seem to be a perfect pair, there are claims that there’s one thing about Affleck that Lopez dislikes.
Jennifer Lopez Wants Ben Affleck To Quit Smoking Because It’s Unhealthy
According to Radar Online, Jennifer Lopez isn’t a fan of Ben Affleck’s smoking. Even though the Hustlers star knows that Affleck gave up several of his vices a long time ago, she’s allegedly trying to convince him to also give up smoking for good. Unfortunately, it has not been easy for Jennifer Garner’s ex-husband.
“Jennifer hates smoking. You do not look like Jennifer Lopez if you don’t look after your body. She doesn’t drink, she doesn’t eat bad food and she certainly doesn’t smoke. Ben has given up a lot of his vices over the years, but he just can’t get rid of the cigarettes. It’s his one guilty pleasure and something Jennifer might have to learn to live with. I’m not sure Jen is going to win this battle. We would all love Ben to stop smoking but it’s up to him, not her,” the source said.
Ben Affleck Previously Played The Role Of A Chain Smoker In Smokin’ Aces
Affleck has been photographed huffing and puffing cigarettes during some of his outings. And on some occasions, he is with Lopez when she smokes. However, there’s no confirmation that Lopez wants her husband to give up this vice because she never discussed it in public.
In 2007, Affleck revealed just how cigarettes he used to smoke when he was much younger. At the time, the dad of three was cast in the movie Smokin’ Aces, where he played the role of a chain smoker.
“The whole week that I shot, I smoked, like, five packs a day. By the time the movie was over, I was so sick of smoking, I just didn’t want to do it anymore, and I quit. I have this celluloid record of the last time I smoked,” Affleck told People.

It seems that the actor got into smoking again shortly after, which proves that he has been attached to this vice for years. So, the decision to quit could entirely be his but it may also be influenced by his loved ones.
