IVE is raising Starship Entertainment’s flag even more.
Starship Entertainment, one of the K-pop groups’ powerhouses, formally introduced the six-membered girl group, IVE, in public in December. Members Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Wonyoung, Liz, and Leeseo probably felt the pressure as they debuted years after SISTAR disbanded.
But they did not disappoint at all as they reached Billboard soon after releasing Eleven, pushing the song to secure 9th place on the chart’s World Digital Song Sales chart.
Following their initial success, IVE savored more victory after the debut track successfully surpassed 100 million views.

IVE Reaches 100 Million Views with Eleven
On Tuesday, IVE officially hit 100 million views with their debut track, Eleven. At exactly 2:25 a.m. KST, the song became their first music video to reach the feat.
The girl group even impressed the internet as they managed to reach the mark despite not releasing any music videos yet except the one they made for Eleven.
As they released it on December 1, it only took the song three months and one week to reach the milestone. It may not be surprising at all, though, as IVE even had their first music show win with the same song on Show Champion a week after its release.

Eleven went on to score 12 more wins on several music shows.
On top of that, the track spent 12 consecutive weeks on both the Global 200 and Global Excl. US’ charts. Eleven made the record while topping Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart and Billboard Japan’s Top user Generated Songs.
Before the year 2021 ended, it ranked fourth on Spotify’s global ranking of Viral Top 50 and became the most streamed song on YouTube in South Korea for five weeks.
IVE’s Eleven Scores More Milestone
Eleven’s feat did not stop there as it remained no. 1 on Soompi’s K-pop Music Chart 2022 for February Week 3. At that time, the song already reached its fifth week on the chart.
Following IVE on the list are V (Christmas Tree), Choi Ye Na (SMILEY), SM Station (Dreams Come True), and GOT the beat (Step Back).
BTS’s Butter, fromis_9’s DM, 10cm’s Drawer for Our Beloved Summer, Kim Min Seok’s Drunken Confession, and VIVIZ’s BOP! BOP! completed the top 10.
