But the musician immediately dispelled the rumors and shared the article on his Instagram page. He shared a screenshot of the news article, writing, “It’s not me…! Don’t worry. I’m currently filming a project and am doing well…”

He did not disclose what project he currently works in. But it would be his first project since signing a contract with an acting agency, Wooridle Company, in 2020.

He left the band in 2019 to focus on his acting career, but he has not starred in any dramas yet following his appearance in Naver TV Cast’s Investigator Alice 2.

What Did A Do?

It was revealed this week that A confessed to voice phishing scams and turned himself in.

He reportedly made and submitted a report on May 16 to Yeoju Police station, saying that he collected around $4,580 from his victims. A admitted that he did it due to financial issues and was ultimately lured by an online advertisement that promised to give him high compensation.

But he realized that it was part of a voice phishing ring and admitted his crime. Three more perpetrators were arrested afterward, and the police have since launched an investigation into the matter.
