Fans were equally stunned and worried after learning this week that Hollywood icon Harrison Ford suffered a serious injury on the set of his upcoming Indiana Jones project. Deadline reported that Ford injured his shoulder while doing rehearsal takes for a supposed fight scene in London where the project is currently filming. The severity of the said injury wasn't disclosed but a lot of people are under the impression that the incident could result in the production getting delayed.

Now, insider Grace Randolph is taking to Twitter to confirm that Indiana Jones 5's production is in fact facing a six-week delay due to the situation involving its lead star. Given the timeframe Randolph reported, it's safe to assume that Ford's shoulder injury is nothing serious or at least not as worrisome as his 2014 leg injury that he suffered while filming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Six weeks may seem like a short time for some people but for a production working under serious restrictions due to a global pandemic, that long of a delay can be quite irksome, not to mention could cost the studio a considerable amount of money. Hopefully, Harrison is recuperating well and he'll be able to go back to being 100% by the time filming resumes. But hey, the man is in phenomenal shape despite his age so I'm sure he'll be good to go in no time.
