In the Land of Leadale follows a girl named Keina, who is on life support after being involved in an accident. Keina finds solace in an RPG game that takes her to the fictional world of Leadale. When a power outage shuts down her life support, killing her, she wakes up in Leadale, in the body of her avatar.
Now a half-elf named Cayna, the protagonist is excited to explore her favorite world - at least until she realizes it isn't quite the land she remembered.
In the fourth episode, Cayna recovers from her bad mood pretty quickly. Kartatz finds her, and she is soon properly re-introduced to her other son, Skargo.
Later, Cayna takes up a job as a caravan guard, thinking Elinea's route would keep her safe. Of course, things don't go as planned, and the party runs into bandits anyway. Cayna manages to save the day with help from her allies, and due to her strong magical abilities. In the next episode, we expect more adventures and family reunions for her!
