Frieren is described as an average-height girl in the official Frieren fandom wiki. In Japan, girls have an average height of roughly 5'28 (5’3) inches, which seems fair considering Frieren’s height in the anime.
Meanwhile, Animementor.com listed Frieren’s height as 5'3 inches, but it hasn’t been confirmed by any official data book or commentary from the author, Kanehito Yamada, or even the series’ illustrator, Tsukasa Abe, to this day, which means it might be incorrect.
For now, we’re assuming that Frieren is indeed 5’3”, shorter than Fern, who was listed with a height of 5'5", and Stark, with a height of 5’7”.
Despite Frieren’s average height, she has lived more than a thousand years, making her the oldest in the Hero’s Party and her current party.
