If there is someone who could equal the power of a god in the MCU, it would only be another god, someone with an impeccable ancestry, or a superpowered alien exposed to an Infinity stone. Captain Marvel sure belongs to a category and in What If..? Episode 7, she showed how strong she is and that's not even her hundred percent!

How Strong is Captain Marvel in What If..? Episode 7
In Marvel's What If..? Episode 7, What If... Thor was an Only Child?, with the episode being really fun and light, different from what other runs had, and it is a pool of easter eggs, one of which is how strong Captain Marvel really is, and it was described that her power could do tenfold than what she already showed, she just doesn't want any casualties.
When SHIELD was desperate to find a way for Thor to stop partying around the world, they bring in their "last resort" carried by Rumlow in a big box and such contains a small pager, like the one Fury has in Avengers: Infinity War, by the time he was about to be blipped. When Maria Hill put it out, Darcy joked that her dad has one to call a podiatrist and asked if they would be calling one.
When Maria Hill sent the signal with the Captain Marvel insignia, she said that it is done and to Darcy's surprise, she asked what happened, or if she missed something, because clearly, how would you react to that, right? One button pushed without any idea what happens then.

Captain Marvel arrived in France where Thor is having a large street party and Loki and the frost giants were there as well. Thor initially thought her to be a shooting star and even made Loki ask for a wish, but when she arrived, needless to say, she kicked Thor's ass.
However, what really pissed her off is when they were at Stonehenge when Thor decided to topple all those rocks with one finger. They punched each other from one country to another and that is just an exhibit of how powerful Captain Marvel is that with one punch, someone could fly off of countries and then land on another.
As described by Maria Hill, her punch equals ten nuclear bombs and Fury told her that her cat could take and devour armies. Captain Marvel also said that if she would be exerting all her powers, it could result in a crater on Earth, something she is not risking at all with the casualties and fatalities that might happen. Thor also said Captain Marvel hit him with a bridge.
Now that is some strength Captain Marvel has! Wonder if she could take down Vision Ultron, though. Still, she's no match for the Mjolnir that when pressed down on her, she couldn't get up.
