Marvel's What If..? has definitely shown us a different perspective of the MCU that the canon series gave us interesting sides of each character we all know and love. Episode 7 is one of such. We all know Thor is an overconfident god that for him to realize humility, Odin sent him to Earth and stripped the Mjolnir off of him. However, in this version of him, Odin never did that. What is Thor's Greatest Fear in What If..? Episode 7?
Thor has been an almighty hero in the MCU and the God of Thunder is considered to be one of the most powerful there is. In Marvel's What If..?Episode 7, What If... Thor Was An Only Child?, he even went toe-to-toe with Captain Marvel, only showing how she is more powerful than him but he could, at least, level with her at some point.
This version of Thor is addicted to partying that he would do it anywhere, everywhere, even at the cost of eradicating a whole planet as Jane mentioned. He went to Earth to "study" as he told his mother and Heimdall but all he did was go to Vegas, the Entertainment Capital of the World, and in the Sin City, Thor partied all night long, bringing on Earth all his friends from across the universe.
After that, he ticked off as many places on Earth as he can to party. SHIELD was alerted to this and he was too stubborn to stop partying, Nick Fury was hit by Korg accidentally so Maria Hill took over and she wanted to eliminate all alien life forms starting with Thor. She called their ultimate weapon, Captain Marvel, who almost kicked Thor's ass, however, Captain Marvel doesn't scare him at all.

Who is Thor Most Afraid Of in What If..? Episode 7?
Thor is the ultimate momma's boy in What If..? Episode 7. Thor is most scared of his mother, Frigga. And an angry Frigga coming to Earth while he is partying is Thor's greatest fear.
When Jane went to Asgard to report to Frigga what Thor is doing on Earth, Frigga used Dark Magic to make an illusion of herself in front of Thor and warned him that she will be coming to Midgard to check on him and cutting her trip with her girlfriends short because of it.
This made him panic and even become a party pooper but when all the partygoers learned that an angry Frigga is coming to Earth, all of them did their share in cleaning up the mess they made of Earth that even the Leaning Tower of Pisa isn't leaning anymore. They also pretended to be students of Thor in their cultural immersion and they even got Captain Marvel in the gig as well, she gave Thor a tablet full of things about Earth.
Just when they thought they cleaned everything up, in the end, Thor summons the Mjolnir and gave it all away as it is full of party paraphernalia.
Now, that's some funny thing to ponder on – the god of thunder afraid of his mother.
