How Old Are The Children of Jake and Neytiri in Avatar: The Way of Water?

While Avatar: The Way of Water dives deep into another perspective of Pandora, it centers in Jake and Neytiri doing everything they can to keep their family, especially their children, safe, now that a familiar threat, Colonel Miles Quaritch, is back to hunt for Jake.

Their children, Neteyam, Lo'ak, and Tuk, and adopted kids, Kiri, and Spider, basically grew up together, and they even explore Pandora like playmates enjoying the wonders of their environment and exploring new things that the place could offer them.

Their ages, however, were not disclosed but considering that the physiology and aging of Na'vi is quite different to that of humans, all their ages remain unknown but from the turn of events, it could be approximated.

How Old is Neteyam in Avatar: The Way of Water?

First is Neteyam, the eldest child of Jake and Neytiri. After the couple eloped in Avatar, it was seen that their relationship bore a son, and given that the time jump is 15 years, plus another year given the "one year later" part, it's safe to say that Neteyam is around 15 to 16 years old.

How Old is Spider in Avatar: The Way of Water?

The same could be assumed with Spider, their adopted human child. See, he is actually the son of Colonel Miles Quaritch and he grew up in Pandora, and considering that he is human, he could be 15 to 16 years old as well, born only a few months after the events of Avatar.

How Old is Kiri in Avatar: The Way of Water?

Kiri's age is quite definitive. In various talks with Sigourney Weaver playing the role, the actress reveals that she plays a 14-year-old teen. Thus, such is Kiri's age and when she was born, Neytiri was no longer pregnant so that means she's younger than Neteyam, probably a year older than Lo'ak.

How Old is Lo'ak in Avatar: The Way of Water?

Then, there's Lo'ak, the second child of Neytiri and Jake, and since his age seems to be closer to Neteyam, Lo'ak could be around 13 years old, just a younger that Neteyam a year or two.

As for Tuk, or Tuktirey, she is the youngest of all the kids and they way she talks and acts hint that she is around nine to ten years old as James Cameron revealed to IGN that the children of Neytiri and Jake are pre-teens and teens. She couldn't be around 11 or 12 given the way she acts, right?
