House of the Dragon Episode 7 Preview Confirms Tragic Reunion
The House of the Dragon Episode 7 teaser was dropped right after last week's episode concluded and it features the Targaryens and Velaryons gathering for Laena Velaryon's funeral. There is a somber mood in the preview but it immediately turns to chaos as Baela and Rhaena Targaryen whisper about Vhagar being stolen.
Naturally, the theft of a dragon brings out all the family members and although it isn't revealed who had taken Vhagar, it appears to be causing tension between Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower. Needless to say, this is one reunion to watch out for.
House of the Dragon Episode 7: What Happens in Driftmark?
The new episode will bring viewers to Driftmark, the home of the Velaryons where everyone will gather in honor of Laena Velaryon, who chose her own way to die after a difficult birth. In the teaser, we get a glimpse at the unique customs of the Velaryons which involves dropping a statue of Laena into the sea.
Driftmark is set to be a major setting in House of the Dragon Episode 7 and there is little doubt that the Velaryons' seat is going to see a lot of craziness later tonight.
The latest episode of House of the Dragon is now available on HBO Max. House of the Dragon Episode 7 is titled Driftmark and is set to premiere on HBO on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at 9:00 PM EST.
