Here's What Happened Before Horimiya Season 2 Episode 6
In Episode 5, Shuu takes center stage as he grapples with his little sister Motoko's crush on a boy named Kitahara.
Though Kitahara seems like a decent kid, Motoko's feelings for him may lead to heartache, as he seems interested in someone else.
Concerned for his sister's well-being, Shuu decides to chaperone their study sessions to ensure she isn't left alone with Kitahara.
However, this unintentionally makes him the main interest of Motoko in the process, which raises doubts and negative feelings within Shuu.
He desires a girlfriend, but no one takes him seriously, and he doesn't want to complicate Motoko's situation.
Things get even more complicated when Kitahara might be attending Shuu's school, and he is torn between maintaining a barrier and being friendly to avoid looking like a jerk to his friends, who are aware of Motoko's crush on Kitahara.
