Marvel's What If..? Episode 8, What If.. Ultron Won?, finally gave us some continuity as the cliffhanger ending of Episode 7, Ultron, gets his own episode after his appearance. Being the ultimate villain in the canon series, he turned the world into an apocalyptic Earth where there are almost no people left alive, except Black Widow and Clint, and he faces Uatu The Watcher in a life-threatening battle in the expense of the whole multiverse. Here is the voice cast that gave life to the story.

Jeffrey Wright as The Watcher
The Watcher no longer watches only, he finally engaged in this episode as Ultron became aware of him and found where he watches the various alternate realities. Despite his earnest efforts, Ultron was so willed to dissipate all life in the whole multiverse that Uatu had to back down and go into hiding to plan for what he would do next.
Ross Marquand as Ultron
While we all miss the haunting voice of James Spader, the original voice of Ultron, we got another MCU star to voice the ultimate villain in the episode as Ross Marquand returns and voiced Ultron for Episode 8. He is known to replace Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull when the character returned for Endgame and Marquand definitely gave justice to the character.
Marquand voiced Red Skull in the first episode of What If..? and for this run, he voiced Ultron, who finally got his wish of having the man, machine, and mind into one and when he got all the stones when Thanos arrived carrying all five, he became an unstoppable force laying waste on all life on Earth and the Universe. He now plans to do the same for the multiverse after being aware of The Watcher.
Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton
Clint Barton went through so much in this episode that he already lost an arm, having a metal one like Bucky, and surviving with Nat for so long that they are looking for the answer on how to counter Ultron. In the end, in a reverse Endgame scene, it was Clint who sacrificed for Nat to succeed in their mission, this time, to take Zola into safety to be able to infiltrate Ultron.

Lake Bell as Black Widow
Lake Bell returns as the voice of Black Widow who played a pivotal role in various episodes and in this one, she is the sole survivor of the apocalypse which could be called the real Age of Ultron. Natasha now wields the shield of Red Guardian and is expected to lead the Guardians of the Multiverse facing Ultron.
Toby Jones as Arnim Zola
The brains behind the infiltration of HYDRA in SHIELD, Arnim Zola is back on the computer like that in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and they acknowledge that such copy of him was destroyed that the only surviving copy of Zola is on a Siberian base of HYDRA, where Bucky went through the Winter Soldier Program. It is amazing how Marvel values continuity, right?
Josh Keaton as Steve Rogers
A surprising cameo is that from Steve Rogers who was seen taking an oath as the new President of the United States and while it was a rejected idea for a whole episode based on a comic with the same vein, it's great to see Captain America serving the US with everything and every way possible, in this one, as the POTUS.
Alexandra Daniels as Captain Marvel
Daniels takes Danvers once more considering Larson's tight schedules as she is preparing for The Marvels.Captain Marvel almost made Ultron kneel, however, the evil AI has six Infinity Stones against her who is powered by one. While she was able to bring Ultron to the core, literally, of a planet, it was used by the villain to destroy all the planets surrounding them, to the expense of Captain Marvel being an explosive force.
Mick Wingert as Tony Stark
Wingert comes back as Stark, the root of all evil as we could call him. It was him who programmed Ultron with a decent goal, a vision of a world of peace using the Mind Stone. However, the robot and Stark did not see eye to eye on the means of achieving it. Stark made a mess, a monster that killed all of them.
