Han Solo's Kill Count In His Four Star Wars Films Is More Than We Thought

Whether Han Solo did or didn’t shoot Greedo first has become one of the most debated topics in the Star Wars universe since the day George Lucas made a few changes to the original trilogy. The debate is pretty much over already. Chewbacca Peter Mayhew put a period on it when he shared the original Star Wars script on his Twitter account early last month. But if you’re still having trouble whether Han shot first or not, then a new supercut featuring the many killings Han did in the span of four Star Wars films might have you convinced of the fact.

Greedo’s death may have been put on top of the list of Han Solo’s killings in Star Wars, but there have been a lot of other recorded deaths that the famous space smuggler caused.

A new video from Mr. Sunday Moviestitled HAN SOLO Movie Kill Count Supercut documents the many times Han shot other beings in the galaxy far, far away. The total? 42 corpses. The video also offers a note explaining why Boba Fett has been included in the list.

It’s worth noting that Han Solo’s reaction to Boba Fett’s death isn’t as delighted as the death of other creatures. Maybe Mr. Sunday Movies is a fan of the character.

Han Solo may have been killed by his own son in The Force Awakens, but we’ll be seeing him again soon when the Han Solo spinoff film is released in 2018.
