Han Solo: Another Set Photo Has Lando Piloting The Falcon In Lightspeed

Ron Howard really seems to be having his fun on the Han Solo set. Yesterday we had a tease of Donald Glover as Lando, and now we have another one, but this time, Lando is piloting the Millennium Falcon, and it's jumping into hyperspace!

Though Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon go together like peanut butter and jelly, let's not forget that the ship belonged to Lando first. In fact, Lando drives the Falcon all throughout Return of the Jedi. Before The Force Awakens, the last time we saw the Falcon flown by Han was in Empire Strikes Back.

Everyone who's read Legends knows that Han also won the ship from Lando in a game of Sabacc, and it's said that this movie includes the very same scene where Han acquires the ship. It's also worth noting that Han actually cheated during the game. What else don't we know? Lando originally wore the black and white outfit that Han wears in A New Hope?

With Howard taking the reigns, we've been getting a lot more looks at the Han Solo set. Everything was going very quietly back when Lord and Miller were still directing, so maybe Lucasfilm is letting Howard share these photos ease up fans that production is going smoothly.

Han Solo: A Star Wars Story comes out May 25, 2018.
