During a video interview on Wednesday, Han So Hee discussed Netflix's original series My Name. In the flick, she plays the role of a woman who seeks revenge for her father's death. So far, My Name poses to be one of the most successful Korean series on the platform.
But amid the success she enjoys now, Han So Hee also spoke candidly about the attention she has been receiving for her unmatched visuals. Per the actress, she constantly tells her fans that her exterior visuals are just her outer shell.

"When I ask myself the question how I will be able to express my heart and identity through this important occupation rather than just showing my outer visuals, I think I don't want to just show what is 'pretty'," she went on, as translated by Dong-A Ilbo.
Instead of trying to look ugly on purpose, the actress reportedly wants to try all roles that can show the unpretty sides of herself. With that, people would love her and her imperfections.
Han So Hee reportedly felt overwhelmed when she was called the Next Jun Ji Hyun. Although it was an honor to be seen that way, the actress reportedly wants to have her own image – one that is far from being a pretty actress alone.
