George Clooney Wants To Stay In LA, But Amal Clooney Wants To Live In The UK?
According to Now to Love, George Clooney wants nothing more than for his kids to be raised in the United States permanently. This is a convenient choice for the actor, who has several projects in Hollywood. However, Amal Clooney allegedly wants her twins to grow up in the United Kingdom, where she spent more of her life in.
"She wants to take Alex and Ela to the UK for school, where she believes they will be safer. It's an abrupt U-turn from everything they've been planning ever since the twins were born. They agreed that they would be raised in the States. The whole reason they changed everything about his house was so the children could grow up in LA. And now Amal wants to run off back to London with his children," the source said.

George Clooney Tired Of Commuting Around The World With His Family?
According to the source, the Ides of March actor doesn't have anything against the United Kingdom. In fact, he loves it there. However, he just wants to stay close to Hollywood because of his work.
"He's tired of commuting around the world and wants to put down roots in LA for a while. Amal said George can stay in LA if he likes, but she's taking the kids back to her hometown. Her family's there, some of the best schools in the world are there, and that's where in her mind Alex and Ella belong, whether George likes it or not," the source said.
George Clooney And Amal Clooney Agreed To Work Less, Spend More Time With Each Other?
Last year, George appeared on the WTF With Marc Maron podcast, where he talked about his life with Amal and their children. The Up in the Air actor had nothing but wonderful things to say about his wife. And he also revealed that he couldn't be happier with his home life.
"Listen, I didn't want to get married; I didn't want to have kids. And then this extraordinary human being walked into my life and I just fell madly in love. And I knew from the minute I met her that everything was going to be different. I went out with a lot of really nice, smart, and talented people. It's just that every once in a while, there's somebody that's specifically for you. I feel like Amal and I feel that way," he said (via E! News).
During the same interview, George revealed that he and Amal agreed to work a bit less so that they could spend more time with each other.
"I had this conversation with Amal the other day because I turned 60. I said, 'Look, we have to rethink how we're doing our lives because we're working a lot—both of us. We're going to spend time with our kids, and we're gonna travel again. You know, we have a house with a lake with a rope swing. I could still do the rope swing at 60, I'm not sure about 80!" he said.
