Game of Thrones’ Wolves May Find Themselves in the Spotlight Again

The cast of Game of Thrones has seen a lot of filming in several different sets, including Belfast and Iceland.

From the looks of it, the cast aren't alone, as the pets of the Starks may also be seeing another reunion for Game of Thrones seventh season. Watchers on the Wall first reported that the set may have also touched down in Calgary, Canada.

This particular location will reportedly be the site where Maisie Williams will also be shooting a scene. The report isn't pertaining to a concrete sighting of the artist's presence. But it would be interesting to see what exactly will happen with the return of the direwolves, particularly with Arya's character expected to be by their side.

The coincidence of the wolves' sighting and Williams' actual sighting in the country does point to filming in progress for their roles. At the very least, I would want to see the wolves including Quigley be back in the game, given the Starks' growing presence in the series.

According to the source, apart from Quigley, there's already one who can easily replace Nymeria for Game of Thrones. The green screen will serve as backdrop of filming, since the leaked photos will allow the wolves to be Photoshopped properly and transformed into direwolves.

Game of Thrones will be back on HBO this summer.
