Most K-pop idols restrict themselves from certain foods when observing a strict diet. With that in mind, fans seemingly wonder whether EXO D.O. also does the same, or whether he follows any regimen in terms of his meal consumption.
This comes as the fandom has learned that the Rose singer has a passion for food and cooking.
KProfiles notes in a dedicated page for the K-pop idol that he is like the mother of their group, being that he cleans the dorm a lot, cooks for them, and looks after his co-members.

Does EXO D.O. Follow Any Diet Regimen?
Some K-pop idols today have already disclosed a few details about their diet and workout regimens. The same cannot be said for D.O., though, as he has yet to shine a light on the matter.
Over the years, and since the debut of EXO in 2012, the Bad Prosecutor actor has rarely discussed his routines and practices in terms of his diet. When he does, the focus is seemingly on his love for food and cooking.
Nevertheless, KProfiles says Kyungsoo likes spaghetti, noting that it is his favorite food.

Kyungsoo Loves Good Food
In a Discovery Channel Korea interview, which premiered earlier in May, the EXO member answered some questions about himself. These included how he spends his days off from work.
D.O. quickly responded that he "enjoys eating good food." He explained that when he had time for himself, he would go and "venture out for some" of it.
However, the K-pop idol noted in the exchange that he would not say he is a "foodie." Even so, he emphasized that he enjoys good food.

D.O. Used His Skills In Cooking While In Service
Meanwhile, the public previously learned that D.O. was able to use his cooking skills while serving in the military.
An associate from the army shared that the idol was assigned to cooking duty a month after enlisting in July 2019. Koreaboo, in its report covering the update at the time, noted that SM Entertainment later confirmed the matter.
The EXO member has since completed his mandatory service and resumed his official activities as a South Korean idol and actor.
