Emotional 'Road To Civil War' Supercut Captures Everything We Felt About The Events Leading Up To Captain America: Civil War

Last month, MCU Exchange released an unfinished Road To Civil War supercut that was filled with all the pivotal moments from almost every Marvel film and TV series that has been released before Captain America: Civil War. Now, the same website is giving us a look into the final cut of Road To Civil War and it is awesome.

Captain America: Civil War is still more than a month away, but this could be the perfect time to re-visit how and why Steve Rogers and Tony Stark are so adamant on having this war.

Take a look at the epic supercut released via the MCUExchange YouTube channel:

Within seven minutes, the video highlights the key events that contributed to perhaps the biggest Marvel film to date. It’s impressive how the video managed to weave in several clips from Marvel series like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and Jessica Jones, which to be honest, makes me hope to see a crossover between the two platforms.

The clear sequencing is brilliant and some people have described the cut better than the entire Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. It’s also worth noting how the supercut shows us Marvel’s consistent development of its superheroes.

If you want a more detailed recap of the events leading up to Civil War, some theaters will be holding a Captain America marathon before the film releases.

Captain America: Civil War is slated for release on May 6.
