In just a few months, shonen fans from all over the world will be able to watch Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in theaters. The highly-anticipated anime movie features Son Gohan, Piccolo, and other Z-Fighters battling the Red Ribbon Army, the infamous criminal organization first introduced in the original Dragon Ball series, while Goku and Vegeta are training with Broly in the planet of Beerus and Whis

Earlier this week, Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment announced their plans to release Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in theaters globally, including theaters in North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East, confirming that it's coming this summer, starting in August.

If you're wondering when it will be released in India, Sony Pictures India confirmed the movie's summer theatrical release date, noting that an exact premiere date will be announced at a later date.

Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is set to release in theaters in Japan on June 11, 2022, and it's coming to other regions this summer, starting in August. Exact release dates will be announced soon.

Many fans are also hoping for the Dragon Ball Super anime series to return for a new season, but Toei Animation hasn't confirmed any plans to revive the series to adapt the Moro Arc from Akira Toriyama and Toyotarou's popular manga series.
