Kobeni's Devil contract is still unknown as of writing. In fact, she has always kept it a secret and has never told anyone else about it, not even her partner, Hirokazu.

Nonetheless, Himeno recognizes Kobeni as a very talented and capable Devil Hunter.

According to Himeno, Kobeni is naturally talented, but her timidity and awkwardness always hold her back.

True enough, Kobeni forced the Katana Man and Akane Sawatari to retreat even after they both attacked her at the same time.

Surprisingly, Kobeni was also protecting Denji from both of them at that time.

Unlike other Devil Hunters, Kobeni excels at speed and agility, allowing her to avoid multiple attacks.

The Katana Man was so impressed with her speed that he even compared her to a monkey.

Furthermore, Kobeni uses a knife as her primary weapon. For some, it's just a knife, but for Kobeni, it seems infused with her Devil abilities.

Fortunately, Kobeni is still alive and well, having survived all of Chainsaw Man Part 1's story arcs.

Despite her timid and awkward personality, Kobeni is seeing more light of day as a result of her wise decision to resign from her position as a Public Safety Devil Hunter.

Back in the Eternity Devil Arc, Kobeni was stranded for days with the rest of the gang on the eight floors of the Morino Hotel.

Because of this, Kobeni decided to act on her own and betray Denji by encouraging everyone to offer him to the Eternity Devil in order to survive.

After they all survived the Eternity Devil's wrath, Kobeni realized how bad her actions and behavior were for Denji. She regretted it so much that she promised Denji she would repay the favor later.

Soon after, Kobeni was defending the defenseless Denji from both the Katana Man and Akane Sawatari. She fought both opponents on her own and forced them to back down.

While Kobeni wanted to resign following the incident with the Katana Man and Akane Sawatari, she decided to stay for a little while longer in order to receive her work bonus.

In the Bomb Devil Arc, Kobeni begs Reze for her life, promising her that if she survives, she will quit her job.

She outwitted her opponent once more and escaped the battlefield unscathed, all the while worrying about Denji and the others.

However, in the International Assassins Arc, Kobeni was transported to Hell, where the Darkness Devil severed her arms.

The good thing is that Kobeni avoided being slaughtered thanks to the Violence Fiend's advice to remove his mask and hide.

Following that, Kobeni resigned as a Devil Hunter. Unfortunately, in the Control Devil Arc, she accidentally summoned Chainsaw Man in the Family Burger restaurant where she currently works, causing chaos once more.

There, Chainsaw Man killed some of Kobeni's coworkers who were constantly bullying her.

Suddenly, Chainsaw Man had her dance in a game of Dance Dance Revolution, where she frantically gets a perfect score.

Finally, Kobeni ends up in an underground safehouse with Kishibe and Denji, where they discuss each other's personal issues and trauma.

Kobeni has yet to appear in Chainsaw Man Part 2, making it difficult to speculate on her current whereabouts.

However, she is most likely working in a restaurant or a diner to support her financial needs and, more importantly, her family.

Kobeni was forced by her parents to provide for her brother's education before becoming a Devil Hunter, despite the fact that she wanted to go to college as well.

This prompted her to become a Devil Hunter in order to earn more money and avoid working as a sex worker.

This is one of the reasons she becomes agitated whenever she's in trouble. She fears that she would be unable to support her brother if she dies at the hands of the Devils.
