Doctor Strange 2 may have been moved to a later date but things are getting more and more interesting as the film now has merch available on Amazon. In one of such, pictures are on the items and it speculates that there is a new team arriving in the MCU like mages coming together as it features the titular hero, Scarlet Witch, Wong, and a newcomer, Miss America.
The upcoming Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will be the debut of Miss America, more popularly known as America Chavez, and she will be portrayed by Xochitl Gomez cast in 2020. In a new set of merchandise released on Amazon, printed on sweatpants, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, Wong, and Miss America could be spotted and her pose resembles that of America #1 comics released in 2017.
It is fitting that America Chavez will be in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Hailing from Utopian Parallel, she could punch holes through dimensions, and yes, it is star-shaped. She could fly, she has super-strength. She could go through time and space in the multiverse punching her way, traveling freely.

The Utopian Parallel is a dimension beyond that of time and such a peaceful place was by Demiurge, a.k.a. William Kaplan who turns out to be Wiccan, the half of Tommy of the twin sons of Wanda. Yes, that may be confusing but since it is one placed beyond time, things like that make impossible things possible. That is where America Chavez was born.
As another character who wields immense powerful energies and is involved in the multiverse, America Chavez’s arrival in the MCU makes more sense now that Loki finally explained how there is the Citadel at the End of Time, the place of He Who Remains, and how his death opened the different possible multiverses that could exist, and that What If..? explored some of those.
It seems that the MCU is going to build the Young Avengers as America Chavez is one of them, she even becomes best friends with another Marvel newcomer, Kate Bishop, to be portrayed by Hailee Steinfeld.
