Doctor Strange 2: Fans Are Convinced That Deadpool is in the New Poster

With the appearance of Patrick Stewart in the latest trailer of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, all bets are off now regarding which characters we might see popping up in the upcoming film. Besides the trailer, a lot of fans have also spotted potential clues in the new poster and some of them are convinced that Deadpool might be in it.

If you look at the new poster of the film, there are shattered glasses which has the faces of the characters. Some have spotted that one of them has Captain Carter's shield from What If...? while there are some who spotted a shattered glass that looks like it has Deadpool in it. There's no HD close-up so it's really hard to tell if it's the iconic Marvel character, but you can make a case that it might be him because of the eyes.

There is a valid reason to believe that Deadpool is in the poster given the looks and similarities. Of course, we will not know the answer yet until the character shows up in another trailer or once we finally see the film. If Deadpool does end up appearing in the film with Ryan Reynolds playing him, it's going to be very exciting for sure as it would mean that he will finally be part of the MCU.

As fans are speculating that Deadpool might be appearing in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness thanks to the poster, the character's co-creator Rob Liefeld took to Twitter to play along by responding with emojis. It's hard to tell if he is actually hinting something or he is just doing it for fun in a nod to the fan speculations. You can check his tweet to see it for yourself:

Either way, it is fun to speculate and theorize about all the possible cameos and appearances that might happen in the upcoming film. We still have a significant amount of time before we find out the answers. Until then, all we can do is to discuss and speculate while we're waiting for more trailers or promos.
