Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Season 3 - Ultra Romantic has started strongly with the cast we know and love in new classroom antics. But does the "ultra romantic" part of the title involve anyone apart from Kaguya and Miyuki? About Miko Iino and Yu Ishigami
In the first episodes and chapters of Kaguya-sama: Love Is War the story focused mostly on the main couple, and the extremely popular Chika Fujiwara. But those were the early days, and the cast has expanded since then to involve more student council members, including Miko Iino, and Yu Ishigami, who are both a year younger than Kaguya and Miyuki,
Miko Iino acts as the auditor of the student council, as well as a member of the Public Morals Committee, often becoming a little annoying with her obsession to improve the school's morality. If you care about the many Kaguya-sama: Love Is War references she's based on Ishidzukuri no Miko, the first suitor in the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter.
Yu Ishigami is the Student Council's treasurer and his character is based on Isonokami no Maro, another suitor from the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. He's a supportive friend, though he's prone to melancholy and he likes keeping to himself. He brings a nerdy aspect to the student council, as he's highly knowledgeable about pop culture and video games.

Do Ishigami and Iino End Up Together?
Ishigami and Iino do end up together in the Kaguya-sama: Love Is War manga, though it will be a while before they get there. For the time being, the two are polar opposites who are unable to get along with each other, often frustrating their classmates.
Ishigami's previous heartbreak and Iino's self-righteousness are both barriers that keep their relationship from flourishing, but as the two grow as characters, they realize they aren't so different after all. Both are very shy about their mutual feelings, and their relationship develops quietly, with an almost kiss but nothing more as far as the manga so far is concerned.
The recent plot developments in the seinen manga didn't leave much time for Iino and Ishigami to properly discuss their relationship and announce that they're a couple, but we expect them to be officially together by the end. Of course, given how rocky their relationship is in the anime right now, we'd probably need a Season 4 for that!
