One of the most popular shonen series from the past couple of years is Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. The anime and manga are breaking records and gained immense popularity through the ages. Aside from the amazing animation from the studio Ufotable, fans love Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba for its story and characters.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is set in the Taisho era of Japan, where it follows the story of Kamado Tanjiro. He decides to join the Demon Slayer Corps after his family gets killed by a demon while his sister, Nezuko, transforms into one. It is a shonen manga series written by Gotouge Koyoharu, serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020.
The first season of the anime adaptation aired in April 2019. The film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba — The Movie: Mugen Train, a sequel to the first season, became the highest-grossing anime film of all time following its release. The second season began airing in October 2021.
The second season is split into two cours, with the first part featuring a TV adaptation of the Mugen Train arc that contains new content compared to the movie. Meanwhile, the second part focuses on the Entertainment District arc of the story.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3 Plot
It has been confirmed that Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3 will cover the Swordsmith Village arc. The arc will highlight a new set of characters — Muichiro Tokito, the Mist Hashira, and Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Hashira. Another Demon Slayer, Genya Shinazugaa, will also be introduced.
In this arc, Tanjiro heads for the Swordsmith Village to get his sword replaced. He and the other Demon Slayers have yet to face more demons as they show up and terrorize the village.
Will There Be a Season 3 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba?
Following the finale of Demon Slayer Season 2, the official announcement of Season 3 has been released, along with a new key visual.
Season 3 will adapt the Swordsmith Village arc. As for the Hashira Training arc, we don't know yet if it will be included in the season. As of writing, there are no announcements yet regarding the season's release date.
